Regardless, Steve is saying that I'm the first customer they've had that has asked why they use the bolt, washer, and nut system on the windshield rather than the well nuts, but now he's looking back at their kit to see if it can be improved.
Bob, I'd still hold off on ordering it. Hopefully they'll improve their kit for our bikes and I can update this thread once again.
EDIT: Just saw that you're probably ordering yours for the newgens. That kit may be fine. Mine was for the pregen model.
