Well after my 500 mile ride this last weekend my left fork started to leak. Fork cleaning tool didn't work. Just had the oil changed in them. Lucky me my shop is doing them for a 100 bucks so i don't have to. plus seal and wiper ill buy. Any how keeping the bike stock isnt happening anymore. I want clip-ons so i can use nice preloads on top also. let me rephrase that, I want clip-ons on top of tripples.
We all know there is 12mm space on top that comes oem. Lowering it WILL NOT HAPPEN. I am 6 foot 4. So Question is anyone ever heard of or used franks forks. I am waiting on a quote to get them 1" over on top so clip ons can mount. springs for me are on the way, and havnt decided if i want to do the gold valve yet. If anyone knows of someone that custom makes tubes and are good im willing to give them a call also.
