Injury to a person. The defendant hurts you with or without intending to hurt you. Time Period During Which You May Sue (or Be Sued)
2 years from the date of injury

What'ya bet either the cyclist has a friend who has a lawyer friend or some such "friend of a friend of a friend" who also had a similar case and ended up with oodles of money from the reckless biker?
