The run off in both directions could be better, but it is what it is. I do know that people can generally control their bikes better when on the gas - which you are more running downtown... which may lead to fewer crashes overall - but we haven't run enough to know.
Yes, a couple of turns are tougher downtown - but then again we are hoping that people are using trackdays to become an overall better rider.
If we do a few more days and find uptown only is the smart choice, then we'll do that - but I'm hoping people like the variety of running both ways.
As for group sizes, I'm leaning toward a max of 30 riders.
