Found the issue 😭

So i finally found a comp tester that came with a 10mm adapter and ran a comp test. 30ish on left. 0 on right. Tore the top end apart thinking maybe stuck rings or dirty/bent valves. Found a dime size whole in the top of the right piston. Big crack in the left right in the middle. PO must have installed the wrong plugs and damaged they made contact with the piston. No freaking clue how i was able to ride it for 3 days unless the piece worked its way out while i was riding 🤔 either way its gonna need a top end rebuild or engine swap. Anything i should do differently than say a top end rebuild on a car engine? I.e. flush crankcase, coolant system etc. (The broken piece of the piston is still attached to the underside of the piston and not in the crankcase thank god)
