I got the bike buttoned up to try to take it for a test ride.

Aaaaaand it won't start. The battery is strong (brand new), the starter is turning and the engine sounds like it wants to start but it won't catch. I turned the idle speed way up and that seemed to help a tiny bit but it still wouldn't idle.

I was so optimistic that the bike would just run that I filled the entire tank with gas

Today I pulled the tank and drained the gas and pulled the carbs.

Any tips to get her started are greatly appreciated.
