AFAIK, Ninja 250R/300/X-300 all share the same shock dimensions. I have a pregen ZZR250 with newgen 250R Ohlins & have measured it against my X-300, they are the same length, but have different springs/damping the X-300 rear is quite stiff & I'm 100Kg.

For the front end compare the head bearing sizes, then you will know. I replaced my X-300 stanchions with KLE500 ones, same diameter, but thicker wall & longer length.
