So I forgot to charge the battery over night but I did the multimeter test and I got the following #s:

Off: ~12.5v
Cranking: ~10.7v
Idle: ~14.1v

That means the battery's fine, right? It had no problem cranking on Sunday, and I was teaching my brother how to ride so there were pretty short run-times between stalls/shutdowns haha.

P.S. the guy from the shop said they "couldn't get more than 6v" from my battery, so IDK what the heck they were doing.
