Cant sleep so heres my new bike update. So I fell into a 2017 ninja 300 recently. The guy who owned it passed away unfortunately and his wife was looking for a quick sale, someone threw my name out there and it was a good deal so I bought it. Had a little over 500 miles on it but it was very low on oil (had to tip it past vertical to see on sight glass, always good to keep the oil low during break in
) with a little top end noise. This is something I learned to ignore on my pregens, but I'm wondering if these 300s are also a bit noisy or if I should look into getting some valvetrain work done. Obviously I did an oil/filter change as soon as I got it home. So far we've had 700 problem free miles. It's nice having 17" wheels and fuel injection again
