Some local wildlife! A Carolina Wolf Spider in my garage, and an Argiope in the garden. The last one is a female Carolina wolf spider carrying her young on her abdomen. Wolf spiders are the only spiders to care for their young that way. My wife got the photo a couple days ago on a road near here when she was walking.
