This. Superslabs suck. Local roads are WAY more interesting, even if they do delay you.

I did my tour a couple of months after buying the bike, pretty much on the spur of the moment. I wanted to go to the USAF museum in Dayton and the MotoGP race in Indy, but after that there was no agenda.

So I got maps of the eastern US and looked for the squiggliest lines that were anywhere remotely near the line from Indy to CT. They were in West Virginia, so that's where I went.

I was not disappointed.
