My thoughts are that the pilot jet is clogged, but the bike should run if the choke is used on a cold start. is the choke cable adjusted properly at the carbs?
try seafoam again by pouring some directly into the fuel hose so it can be drawn full strength into the carbs. let it sit overnight with that high concentration in the bowls to give the seafoam a chance to break down the goo and try starting it again in the morning.
