The hooks come off and bolts thread into the frame in there place. You would need spacers to keep the cases off the bike. I would make a frame out of flat bar that the bolts pass through and use angle at the bottom to support the case. I would also triangulate the frame to the rear peg mounts. With those three points bolted to the bike, it will support the case.
You should then be able to run three or four bolts through the side of the case into the flat bar frame and use rubber washers and it should be good.
