Unfortunately this test requires you to remove timing-chain from engine to measure full 20-links.

I saw another post where someone measured just 10-links, which can be done on bike. Can't find post now, but if you divide everything by 1/2, that should also work. Spin engine forward by hand to get tension on chain, then measure. Spin engine 90-120 degrees and repeat 2x more for 3 measurements total. Should give you good idea of cam-chain wear.
