Titanium implants are soaked in acid prior to being implanted. So the surface is oxidized prior to being implanted. This is true unless his doctor was cutting corners and used an unetched implant. The difference in healing between 3 weeks and 6 weeks is negligible. This is all assuming that they didn't use a screwed or glued implant.

Nevertheless, Jiggles can do whatever he wants. I really don't care.
