According to my manual (08-12) usable compression range is 139-213 psi.
Possible causes for low compression is:
leakage from cylinder head
valve seating
valve clearance
piston/cylinder clearance
piston seizure
piston rings/ring groves
Valve clearance would be the first thing I would check. If that checks out might as well pull the engine and tear it down.
