Motor, front, and rear end swap project is getting serious.

First thing, With the Ninja400 This project is now a bit of a waste of time/money. But when it started... it was a good idea. At this point it's a matter of wanting to see it through.

I finally pulled the trigger on a TIG welder so I can finish up my ninja project. Hopefully shows up this week. This is like 10 years in the making...

No pics right now, will grab some this evening!

So my ninja250 blew the motor long long ago. I purchased a 03 CRF450R motor to stick in. I put in a 12v stator, made sure it ran etc.... But life got in the way of finishing it up...

I also have all the parts on hand to mount a 2006 GSXR600 front forks, and '08 wheel/rotors. waiting on tires to install. 120/70zr17 of course

I picked up a ninja 300 complete rear end for an alright price, that will let me run a 150/60zr17 tire, which I feel a little better with on that motor.

Tires are Q3+ and will be showing up this week.

It's already got the GSXR rear shock. So i need to space the 300's dogbones per the lovely post in the 300 section.

The 300 shock went onto the 250 I bought last month, along with the nice parts that had been on the bike getting replaced. GP suspension worked over front end, ss brake lines HH pads, woodcraft low risers, and the wheels with MT75's

Pics this evening!
