I do want it to come on when I turn on the nitrous. But if I have the tank off or just doing programing then I don't want the pump to run.

I also want it all off when I am not using nitrous.

I mounted a big blue light in the top fork clamp. That way I don't forget to turn on the pump when I make a run.
