Over 95% of LED bulbs on market are cheap, poorly designed items created purely for high-profits with little regard for fit or function. As you've discovered.

Eh??? It says "Motorcycle H7 LED Fanless Headlight Conversion Kit with Compact Heat Sink - 2,000 Lumens". Also "Integrated heat sink - no fans or bulky braided heat sinks". Note how this design has narrow channel at base of bulb to fit spring-clips? Someone's actually test-fitted their bulb into real-life headlights during design process to make sure their design fits.

Only the Philips Xtreme Ultinon 11972ULX2 specifically designed for reflector housings has close enough light-pattern to halogen to make it worthy of using IMHO. Earlier 1st-gen Ultinon had external regulator to allow for small removeable heatsink to make installation easier. Also much better CRI.
