Adjust the height of your brake pedal. It is mechanically adjustable to match your foot height. Do the same with your clutch pedal so you don't have to lift or lower your foot to slide it into place and it's not in the way.
Don't use your rear brake anyways unless you're on dirt.
I use the back brake when I see oil my front tire might slip in on the street sometimes.. when coming to a stop at a light.
