Wow. The 30 to 40 degree part is encouraging though.
I guess the worst thing I've had happen mobility-wise is back problems that kept me hobbling carefully around the house for a week or so, occasionally falling to the floor from stabbing pain. Like John Astin said... I'm feeling much better now.
