Yupppss they used smaller grade bolt. The guy did say that the mini frame adapter supplied by the company that allows the frame sliders to be no-cut is super strong.
I believe him cuz I've gone down multiple times using the same sliders and no cut frame adapter, and the adapter feels just as stable as when I first got the bike.
