I.e.: if the tubes are angled and you measure at the front of the tube you will have a little more oil than if you measured at the back of the tube so you want to measure the same way every time. But a little more or less oil will not make much of a difference.
makes sense. I measured it on the bike. I dont think a 1-2mm difference will matter much.
