So what did you learn from all these incidents?

First and second incidents happened too fast for your ability to react at the skill level you had. What can that teach you?

Third incident as described indicates pushing too hard for your skill level. What can that teach you?

Has your viewpoint and riding practice changed as a result of all these? If so, how? If not, why?
