I was testing the stator correctly, but I couldn't get a reading. I will try it again when I get a hold of the tester. Weird tho.
I will say when I have my bike turned on I was sitting at 12.6 to 12.7 volts. When I gave it gas and raised the rpm my voltage never went up (as it did in the video) on the battery terminals. It always stayed the same.
