It confuses me because, I am 24, younger than you with a similar record in an area that is far more dangerous. New York has the 4th highest insurance premiums, NC has the 8th lowest. Yet Progressive gives me 40% lower than what they offer you. Just doesn't quite tally.... Maybe they are trying to move out of NC???
