As far as I know they aren't trying to move out of the area. There are so many factors at play when it comes to a company giving you a quote there really is no telling what's going on. That really baffles me how your quote is so low. Do you know if your comprehensive coverage covers theft in New York. It really wouldn't surprise me if they don't cover for theft up there.
