There's something causing excessive current draw. It could be a wire that got its insulation chewed through and is touching the frame, or a defective switch. Once I had a rear brake light switch go bad and randomly blow fuses. I ended up replacing the fuse with a non-auto-reset circuit breaker so at least I didn't have to carry a dozen fuses with me to go for a ride. I eventually found the bad switch when it became obvious that the fuse seemed to blow only when I used the rear brake.
