Okay, so I gave it another try and this time opened the throttle… I got combustion! It didn’t fully start and it’s not running, but this is a good sign of life!

So, now I’m thinking I’d better break my carbs down again and do a more thorough job, cleaning out the hidden channels. I skipped those this last time.
