Stock jets, no shims with full exhaust and and air filter???
I'm surprised you didn't have issues before this!! I would bet you're a little lean up top and have been for a while. This could have affected the valves....might be worth checking them to see if they need adjusting.
Of course, start with the easy thing: gas. Drain it and try another batch.
