Are these similar to the levers you mentioned?

And does anyone know if they'd be compatible with a 2014?

I don't imagine there's any real difference between the 2013 and 2014 that would cause them to not work. I'm looking to swap out because I have smaller hands and could really benefit from the adjustable aspect..
