Never stop on track. Ever. The longer it takes to get moving motorcycles off the course, the longer it takes to roll the ambulance.
Only exception is if the flaggers are explicitly waving the flags that mean stop on track. Here in NorCal, that's usually a red flag.
Anything else, you keep going.
