I did Danno it's working great now... especially sense I hooked up ALL the vacuum lines ( I had the ones on the side of the tank off during all this like a DUMMY) ..... like duh of course the vacuum petcock wont work... theirs no vacuum with those lines off !

I took the petcock off and disassembled every part of it and cleaned everything
and found out why it was leaking too, the little o ring on the diaphragm metal shut-off plunger had some corrosion on it, so I got it all cleaned up and now it doesn't leak.
so it's good to go !
