Just update my case. The police report said it is my fault for the accident. My attorney dropped my case. I made big mistake for not taking any pictures before I moved my bike from the accident scene so I don't have any evidence to prove the van driver's fault.
Fortunately I am completely recovered after 2 months and I am glad that I can play tennis without any pain now. I might sell or donate the bike soon.
