I got the escape wheel in the mail. Now I just have to assemble the gear train and lube it. Once that is done I can start on what is called the keyless works. This is the stuff that is used to wind the main spring and set the hands.

It’s called the keyless works because watches used to be wound with a key. Now it has all the fancy stuff inside.

The little tiny gear comes in a cool little plastic bottle/box. That is inside a plastic pack. It’s like a pill with heavy paper on the back. That was in a plastic zip lock bag. That was inside a brown envelope. The brown envelope was in a mailer bag with the receipt.
