We don't have much experience with post-2012 250s since those never arrived in U.S. What has been done is installing 2013-2018 Ninja 300 exhausts onto 08-12 250s and it does work. The hanger bracket is in slightly different location, but header-flanges fit.

So I suppose 2013-2018 250 exhaust is probably similar to 2013-2018 300 exhaust. Try asking folks at Tyga, they really know their stuff when it comes to exhaust. I'd recommend purchasing full exhaust from them. They've gotten highest power-gains out of all aftermarket exhausts from dyno-charts I've gathered.

For best gains, you'll also want to re-program ECU maps. Factory maps are very rich (not as rich as carbs), so even with exhaust upgrades, you'll want to adjust high-end/WOT mixtures to be in most-powerful 13.5:1 AFR range.
