Has a flanged 10hex head as well. Check the knurling spline and make sure you didn't screw it up from shifting without out the clamping force of the bolt to keep it all tight. The shifter side will wear first but if you let it go long enough it it chew up the shift shaft going through the motor then you'll be pulling you motor apart to replace it.
