On my 95 250, when I rock the bike back and forth with the front break pulled, the idle will drop significantly and the bike is close to stalling. A few times, on the street I hit the brakes at a stop light / sign the RPM's dropped and the engine died.

About the bike -
2000 original miles
Bike is bone stock
fuel tank is spotless. No rust
New OEM petcock
Carbs just cleaned and all new jets / components installed
Oil changed and just below the upper mark on sight glass
Battery is new

Any ideas what would cause this?
