I would also replace the antifreeze, and while you are in it replace all the orings except the one in the head as you need to take the cover off. St 8 years you are might be ok for a bit wbut soon it might start leaking. I do not trust orings that are that old. They are cheap and easily accessible save for that one in the head
Not sure about 2012 my 2007 has the PCV hose connecting the case with the air box. That gets hard overtime and might lead to air leaks. Its easy to access and I would replace that too
