I'm getting my tires replaced, do you think I could ask them to grease up everything?

Would printing this DIY thing out and showing them would help me fix my issue?

I've talked to them before about it, and they just say it's the brakes. I'm fluent enough with motor vehicles to know it is not the brakes. Like I originally thought, it was something dealing with the bearings...but no, they didn't want to listen.
