Crankshaft is scored, so I'm going to pull it out and replace it and all the rods with one from a spare engine, and do all the bearings plus whatever else needs attention in the bottom end.
Hone the bores, new valve stem seals in the cylinder head, new pistons and rings and it'll be right as rain.
