I'm not into the whole "staying positive" thing. Sometimes things just suck. To not be able to admit that or not be able to vent or express yourself in the name of "staying positive" is unhealthy.

It really does suck not being able to do the things you enjoy so use that as inspiration to work hard at rehabilitation to heal and get strong to get back at it. Obviously it’s going to be a long road ahead but you can do it.
