Watch 2:30 of this video. Notice how when the CBR passes the first motard, you immediately cannot hear him? Ever wonder why a horn is always on the front of a car or truck or train? Ever notice how a bike is louder after it has gone by you?
No matter how obnoxiously loud your bike is, the noise maker is still pointing backwards.
