well I got the Ninja back together yesterday and she is all ready to go again
.... it's now got the back rack on it but I am not sure I like it very much ...
it covers the stop light fairly good from above and behind so a simi might not be able to see it very well..... and I don't think there is a way to move the stop light back any more without major work.

i fired it up and got it to operating temperature , so I ran it a long while on the stand. it's running fairly good right now but I think I might need to do a carb synchronization on it as I have only done the rudimentary synchronization of it
....and it seems a tad slow on acceleration even when warm. so that could be the cause.
but at any rate it's running and running good ... come on warmer weather !
