Something I've learned about these 250's.....they are little bad asses. Most people I know that have "upgraded" miss their Ninjettes. What's not to love? Got more power than advertised, very light and agile where you really are in control of the bike. Just overall one of the most fun bikes to ride in the world. If I'm upgrading I'm not going over 650cc because at 35yrs old I have no desire to go stupid fast. I am a Honda fan always have been always will be. Yamaha to an extent. I plan to save for a new(er) CBR next summer. Possibly a VFR. But it's doubtful I sell my 250 as I bought her for $100 and got her rideable for another $500. I've always been proud of that and it's the most fun I've ever had. Good luck OP and safe riding!
