Final Update: The bike is running fairly good now!! Adjust the idle/air mixture screws and synced the carbs. Reseated the diaphragms, again, and cleaned the slides really good. Cleaned jets again and reassembled. Had to choke it to start first time, and has been running great all day. Took it do a 1 hour ride had to adjust the side a few times, as it seemed to be rising every time I stopped. Finally got to sit and idle at 1.2-1.5k. Throttle is pretty responsive, not as snappy as I'd like, but it doesn't want to die when I hit the throttle. Still think its running a little lean, but not too bad. Just wanted to say thanks for everyone's input, it helped a lot.
