Finally got back to the ninja. Still not starting.
So far :
Carb rebuilt by ducatiman. Nice job.
New carbs boots
Valves adjusted
New plugs. Just pulled again to check for vapor lock, clean and I have spark.
New battery fully charged.
Oil changed and at a good level.
Hit the starter. turns slow like a dead battery.
