I mirror your opinion. One of the girls at work got an integrated tail light / turn signals. I was just confusing to the average motorist b/c the signals were just too close together. The DOT says they have to be 9 inches apart. If the turn signals are red they have to be >4 inches further out than your brake light.

So, LED tail light, YES, integrated turn signals NO.
