That's not unusual.

It takes time for the oil to get up to pressure and turn the switch (light) off. If it bothers you, just leave the choke off and crank it a few seconds before setting the choke and starting it up - but I don't think you need to be that concerned.

If it were to stay on after that, or come on any time the engine is running (other than immediate start-up), it would be a concern.

One item you can check, that's often overlooked, when you change the oil is the condition of the oil screen - https://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/Checking_the_oil_screen.
