Hello and Welcome!!!

Here's what I do:

1. pull choke
2. push start
3. don't touch throttle, ever!!!
4. as engine revs up, slowly decrease choke so it revs at regular idle-speed
5. you're not touching the throttle right?
6. as you decrease choke so idle-speed is normal, choke will eventually be off completely.
